Time Square Bomber Convicted, Senticing Today...Without Torture or Kangaroo Courts

Although I don't book much praise for Obama in adhering to his statement "No one is above the law." as the war criminals Bush and Cheney remain free and Obama has instituted a program of extrajudician murder of American citizens, I am pleased that the Justice Department used plain vanilla Federal anti-terror laws to convict the Times Square Bomber without having tor resort to Medieval Republican torture and kangaroo courts.

You see, American justice works pretty darned well when the loud, proud, lightly-endowed and low-browed allow it to do so.

Go to the junk yard. Get an old Pinto or VW Bug. Handcuff him to the steering wheel and bind his feet to the break. Put a pound of C4 on the seat next to him and let one of the 911 victims wives press the detonator.

The fact that in the face or ordinary American justice he pleaded guilty without the need to resort to torture or kangaroo courts in a far away island only bolsters my case that American justice can and mostly does prevail without the need for duress or other illegalities.

There's not need to satify the corrupt juvenile emotional needs of the loud, proud, lightly-endowed and low-browed with torture. We can do it better without it and, in the process, watch you squeel in disquiet over not getting some revenge.

I seem to have gotten it with out being tortured or having the justice system draw out an interrogation process against me in some foreign country. Now being an engineer, you know darn well C-4 up his ass is going to make a big hole.

Reminds me of a joke, A woman goes to her friend and tells her......when I got married my P.... was the size of a nickel, now its the size of a 50 cent piece, all herb wants to do is screw. Her friend looks at her and says, Girlfriend, herb gives you 10,000 dollars a month to spend, you have a home in Florida, another in Colorado, and a 10,0000 sq/ft home in Bel Air. You go on vacation 4 times a year.......why ruin all that over 45 cents?
