    TIGER IS BAAAAAACKKKKK!

Did anyone else catch Tiger's romp today at the Arnold Palmer Invitational ???

He trailed by 5 strokes (behind Sean OHair) coming into the final day-

Final hole....it's tied even between Woods & OHair.....TIGER drains a 15 ft putt for birdie....

    It's over.......

Anyone else care about Tiger's domination????

Pretty awesome. I know this is a fishing board, but being a golfer and on the young side. I was too young to really see a lot of sports greatest icons in their prime; we are seeing history in the making. Even if you are not a golf fan his complete dominance of the sport is unbelievable. I saw him in person about two years ago at Doral, he is absolutely ripped. We about six feet from him and you could actually feel the intensity coming off of him, at that particular tournament he came back to win, and I can understand how his competitors fold under the pressure.

I guess he is peaking just in time for another green Jacket...

I'm old enough to remember Jack Nickalaus in his prime - I always thought it was great when He and Arnie Palmer were going at it week in and week out...

He is no doubt the best ever to play the game, but I get tired of the media blowing him so much. Give it a rest!

Who is the greatest individual sports player of all time?

Me and my buddy's have this argument all the time, my choices are- (in no particual order)

    1- Tiger Woods
    2- Wayne Gretzy
    3- Michael Jordon
    4- Muhammed Ali
    5- Babe Ruth

These choices are base not only upon achievements within the sport but how they changed the landscape of the particular sport and thier roles outside of the sport world. For example I find Muhammed Ali as the the first truely trash talking sports figure, but he did it in a respectable way. Tiger Wood's not only dominates but he made golf popular to the general public like no one else before. Wayne Gretzy set scoring records that I believe will never be broken. Michael Jordon six titles (I think?) and probrably the most most reconizable basketball player ever.

Baseball is a tough one for me, especially with all of the steroid B.S., but Babe Ruth is certainly there. I'm sure there are a lot of opinions and arguments to be had. That is what I love about talking sports

He's freaking amazing...seriously...is there anyone else who can intimidate an opponent into submission like he can? I don’t know who the best was or is, Arnold, Jack, or Tiger…I just know that he can break a golf course and an opponent down like no other athlete I have ever seen in a individual sport.

It's truly fun to watch him when he is on!!!! I don't know if he has a weakness. Mentally, he is second to none. I tend to watch golf when I'm not doing other things but hearing the announcers make me sick. I have watched a lot of his "comebacks" in the last round and give him props for shooting a great round but they are not without help. O'hare shot 3 over. Seems like the 54 hole leader chokes when he makes his large come backs.

    Great points!

Tiger ranks with so many others that dominated!

And how about THIS.....what if you were to choose the 2 toughest guys in the PGA tour.......and those guys had to make an appearance in the UFC ??!!!

Ok, without QUESTION.......your first pick would have to be TIGER.......now WHO's your second!!?????

Ok, I'm not a tough guy......but I wouldn't be afraid to step into the UFC ring with a lot of PGA tour players.....with that said......who's your second choice????
