There's No Furture In Drug's And Liquor,

I speak from experience. Once again I've got to bury another friend who fell off the wagon. Crossed the center line and hit an SUV a couple of day's ago. His "visitation" is tonight. The folk's in the SUV survived, for that I am gratefull. This fella had a long history of abuse, he cleaned up for a good while and well you know the rest. He was a hard worker, smart guy, could do just about anything, but leave the stuff alone. Now he leave's behind 2 young boy's that he loved to death and a wife that has endured this life style way too long. They are heart broken and lost right now.
Why???? Ask yourself is drinking and drug's really worth it? Yes it's fun in the moment, but just look at what it does long term. Do you know any user's (alcohol or drug's) that you really respect? I know it sound's like I'm preaching, well maybe I am. But it is absolute hell that you put your parent's, wive's, kid's and friend's through. I can tell you that it's just not worth it. If you need help, it's out there, get it. Most of the time you have it within your self to stop, or better yet never start. It's a waste guy's, it's a waste. Frank

    Heartbreaking

I am sorry for your loss. It is tragic when a friend or family member no longer has control over a substanct, and it is even harder to get them to stop. I wish you and the family strength and courage.
It is a heartbreaking event but I would like to thank you for posting it. Hopefully it will help others remember just how fragile life is and I am sure everyone who reads it will take a look in the mirror. The event is tragic, but the post may save lives.
    Peace be with you.
