Texas murders innocents. The data is in. We're engaged in institutional murder and the system is rigged to allow it.

So, along comes a direct judicial challenge to the death penalty in Texas. And, it's looks like a Federal Judge is about to declare the whole system perniciously prosecutorial and ridden to the core with tricks and traps for innocents...so some darned politician in a DA's spot can become a senator (Cornyn comes to mind).

It's been a long time coming. But it looks like Texas is finally going to have it's comeupance on the number of innocents we routinely murder here, legally.

It's about darned time.
