Tell me the Secret to video uploading!!

I have tried every format and must have tried 10 times to upload a photo video and here is what happens. It says succesful upload and shows the intro screen but the video never loads so you can watch it ??? Any help would be appreciated before I walk the Plank!! Thanks Mark

I've had the same problem with uploading from You-Tube, but not my regular movies that I had filmed. Send a PM to Admin and Jer, One of those guys should be able to help.

offshore if you have an flv converter, take it from whatever format you have right now, wmv, avi, mpeg, etc, and convert it to a flv file, it will fly right thru, jer is working on the uploader, i thing the encoder is what is throwing everything off.

Thanks guys. I dont have a flv converter but I will look into it. Ihave tried every format I know so I figured it might have been something on the other end. I have no problems uploading to any other site that is why I posed the question. Thanks again.......Mark
