Taking off lower cowling to a 2004 Merc 150 saltwater

Any one ever take off the lower cowling off the 2004 150 merc? I'm trying to change out my Poppet valve and I think to do so I need to take it off. There's all kinds of little screws where I can't get to, hope I don't need to get to them. I've found 2, 5/16" bolts front and rear and now I'm clueless...HELP!

thanks, I figured it out! there's 1, 5/16" bolt in the front one under the engine cowling, 1 by the rear latch, and 1 below that one, total of 4, all 5/16". just the 2 by the rear latch are a bit of a pain, buy not a big problem. After their out just bump and pull and the starborard side (looking at the engine from the back of the boat) gave loose and low and behold their was the cover
