I just took a good look at the calendar. It hit me that I have 20 days to go and I'll start working on the boat getting it ready. ( weather permitting ) I hate painting the bottom and some of the other stuff but I can't wait. Plan on putting her in April 1st. When are you guys going to get ready and drop in?

Its coming fast , im getting very excited
I think i take delivery on the new ride march first so we are thinking 2 to 3 weeks of prep work then we will be in the water.

Isn't scary looking at that damn thing. When you here at the moment you tell yourself you have plenty of time in the world but then you look at that calender and you realize you're wrong. We plan on putting in sometime during march, I'm guessing mid month. We don't have to pain the bottom because the factory is going to do that because its the first time....but we have to get all the electronics instal and working properly too. Not to mention I want to put in a laptop and a camera this year. So oy is the time running out. Before we all know it, it will be tourny time then tuna time then fall. It sucks getting old, where did those days go where a day was forever.

AHHH, a new boat. I just love the smell of fiberglass early in the morning. Its got to be the best smell of all. No better way to start the day. Since the AC boat show I've been thinking I'll turn this one in for a new girl maybe in two years. It will take me that long to decide what I want. John, your CC how big was it? When you were running in snotty conditions was it dry? How big is the new one? I'm thinking about a CC the next time. But I got to keep people as dry as I can.

Probably put in sometime between mid march and mid April, depending on the weekend weather between now and then and how much work I can get done and how quickly.
