My brother and his friends are a big professional BBQ team.. They do smoked ribs, brisket, chicken, anything but desertm desert,,

It is a big state championship in YARDLEY PA at shadow brook farms!! going to be awesome!1

I am new to it so i am still learning but i am eneterning my own competition on saturday at the same event.

Mine is only 1 day theirs are 3 days!!

But we got a 25ft trailer and everything!!

have a love hate relationship....ive eaten so much of it in the past two years...that i think i might have OD. I can smoke a mean boston butt though! You dont know how many nights ive spent around grills, smokers....THERE aint nothin better than salivating for 24 hours then being so tired you house pork and pass out! haha. its the little things in life!

maybe ill give you some pointers

The T-SHIRT thread is on! All I ever wear is fishing t shirts. (cept' friday, thats hawaiin shirt day)

I wish I was so worldly to go places and pick them up in person , but NO I scour ebay and low ball my inventory.
I saw wasabi and it is a work of art! I am sooo envious of that one !!! It is sweet

ALSO LAST NIGHT WAS KOZZIE NIGHT.. I ALTERNATED FROM JBYRNES KOZZIE TO MY THUMBDINGER KOZZIE!! THERE WAS A LOT OF ALTERNATING SO THEY BOTH GOT A GREAT AMOUNT OF CONDENSATION!!
