Now most of you guys out there know that we just had our first Noreaster of the season. Well, Friday morning while the wind is howling I look out my window and see a some guy walking out to the marsh towards Jarvis Sound. This definitely got my attention. About an hour later I see somebody coming back and took a quick shot. Now the picture is a little foggy cause I took it from inside the house (a little too wet and windy to go out on the porch).

What do you think he was doing out there??? He's wearing a wetsuit and carrying a boogie board! I've heard of extreme sports, but boogie boarding in Jarvis Sound during a Noreaster?????

Hey Flat,

Jarvis Sound is the marsh area behind the marina towards Wildwood. I found a picture that I took back in May 2005 of a flood tide then but it was definitely not as windy as that day!
