some times the drivers have a file over written with new sloppy code or vice versa. go to device manager and delete the mousey.....reboot and let winders find it.......make sure you have good contact in the serial port or ps2 port (which ever you have)....if you have not loaded new software in a while than it might be a dead mousey . Norton was notorious for rewriting shared files.........good thing vista is locking the kerrnel and forcing vendors to write good code this year....no more hooks in the kerrnel code.....thank god....can you say less backdoors !!!!!
