Guys, I do have a job here and yes part of that is dealing with fires and inappropriate behavior in the forums.

The more time I have to be a referee the less time i have working on things to make this site better and better. There is a lot of wonderful things in the works.

I don't want to ban people and I don't want to close threads. I've been around alot longer than anyone realizes and I know what winters can be like on the threads.

So please before you hit reply, think about what you wrote, and remember we do have younger viewers on our site. With that Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you.
