Sport Fishing TV Question

Question.
While watching Sport Fishing TV, there is a segment called TIPS, TECHNIQUES and RIGGING. During the introduction of this segment, there is a quick shot of a knot being tied with Hi-Vis line. The knot is being tied to a hook/swivel or something. It also looks like some half hitches are being placed around the ring/eye of the hook/swivel after going around the knot?? There is a long double looking portion of the knot which I would think would make for a stiff connection.

Does anyone know what kind of knot this is?

The answer I got from Sport Fishing TV is that it is a bimini twist?? I only thought the bimini was for doubling line and NOT for attaching to hooks/swivels/lures.
