Deep,

Roo Boinker and I will join you. Roo would be good for the bow weight and I would like to catch up with you and enjoy the ride.

Putting the Roo in the bow would indeed ease up the pressure on my trim tabs but I'd kinda like to keep my props in the water...

Again the problem I face here is scheduling a go time and an arrive time... Windows have been far and few between. I'd imagine I'll burn up one of those windows just getting the eisenglass installed. Not so easy in 30kts of ice cold air.

Running into a problem keeping them engines warm. Block heaters aren't keeping up with it. Only able to maintain 58-59 degrees and they hate that at starting time. This wind direction and strength is shooting right through the vents and suckin the warm right out of them...

deepy, forget the block heater, I have a Honeywell portable digital heater that I keep in the engine room @ 68F. Bought it at Home Depot. Very easy on the starts into Decemeber.

That sounds like the logical choice... If I had salon access or even bridge deck access I could simply open the hatch and let the cabin heat keep em warm. This boat though is pit access only. I hate putting a heating device below decks with all that fuel, electricity and oil in there but better option than cooking a starter or blowing up a battery.

Franky, I was just there on last Tuesday and people were in the laundry room with their laptops !! Hopefully that won't be the case when you head down there !!

That is exactly what we do with our 671-ti's this time of year, works very well. Most have a thermostat you can adjust if need be.
