    Welcome aboard. Ling are very good. They can be a little mushy, but we would leave em ice brined over night firms em right up and makes them easier to clean. Thanks Tim

    Nice fish-most of the Ling we catch here are smaller variety, except in colder New England waters. Excellent table fare.
