some comments on customer service

I called baily tucker from cape lookout lures a couple of weeks ago and asked him if he could send me some samples of his "smokers only". within two days I got the sample but he warned me that they may take a few days to put together if I needed a big quantity. well being as we use them on dredges it was obvious we would need a bunch. He said to please make sure I gave him a few days warning. Well, he knew excactly what was going to happen and it did. I called him yesterday and told him I needed 100 pieces. and I need them tomorrow (today). Damned if I didn't walk into the main office today and ask if I had a package. yes, it is right their from Cape lookout lures. Now their is a guy who understands tournament fishing. THANKS BAILY- in a huge way.

I called Paul from JPR customs rods from the rockpile on my sat phone on Wednesday and told them we had a problem with a couple of rods and we needed replacements by tournament time on Sunday. without flinching he said no problem bill. I will get them to you by friday. Well I was at the boat today doing some oil changing and general maintenance and I got a call from my son who said you have a package here from JPR custom rods. It tooks Paul 36 hours to get me 4 beautiful white marlin rods.

two sponsors that I met from Sf.com who came through during tournament time without ever leaving a doubt. Thanks guys. you certainly understand what is at stake. Your guys rock

Cape Lookout/Bailey do run a good show. We were just talking about the Abomb chuggers Monday night and comparing notes on all the fish we have caught on those this year.
