its a two stroke deal..one - he gets feel good points for trying to do something..two- he gets to make the repubs look bad when they refuse to endorse the bill.
Most good economists say its a very temp fix..the second coming of the DEPRESSION were in is when all the bad commercial paper hits the wall..10 more years until were back to 5% growth..thats my bet.
