    Sneaky stylist... A rant

Haircuts... we all have had them... Nothing new. Sometimes we get on a cutter that does a good job and we stick with that one for a long time...
I had a gal like that for probably ten years... She cut mine the way I and the missus liked. I was loyal as could be. If I was out of town for long term I would either wait or possibly do a little light trim on myself. She moved from place "A" to another place. Place "A" wouldn't tell me where though... I finally tracked her down at place "B" and all was good til she disappeared again. I again self trimmed and finally tracked her to place "C".
Stuck with that for a couple years and gone again. This time the trail is cold. I waited as long as I could and finally let another gal give it a whack. Not really what I was hoping for but in a pinch would do.
It was time again today... With nowhere else to go I gave her a second shot... I watched close as she clipped away and the job looked pretty good. Now most of the time they will spin you around and hand you a mirror so you can see the back. She didn't and I didn't think twice about it.
Missus gave me a strange look a couple minutes ago... "Well whats that about" She pointed and told me to look in the mirror...
Well, son of a *****! No a big boo boo but certainly one I could see clear. I guess she got that hedge trimmer a little tight and basically polished a spot on my starboard stern skull... I mean shaved. Maybe the size of a quarter but ghost white compared to the hair and tanned skin around it...
It'll grow back and won't matter in a few days but at least should have told me... I guess I'll cross her off the list and go back to my forschner fillet knife til I find somebody I can trust.

Aw he's up in Jersey banging bass and I'm headed back to Nassau Tuesday morn... I'll be easily recognizable as the only one with a "scallop" carved into the brushpile on the top of my head.

Was gonna head back today but had a pipe let go under our kitchen sink. I suck at plumbing but like anything if you cuss at it loud enough it stops leaking...

I'd bring him back over just so I have someone to beat on but he eats too damn much...

any chub activity this year...I also heard he sent her a rose-tree mushroom/cheese steak (that might have been a Jim's Steaks on baltimore pike though) and a stringer of Springton Crappies (all over a pound and a half, btw)

We fished seven days... Lots of sails... 13 to the boat... Dolphin were small. We were getting cracks at small blues but not very clean ones only got one of them. Got spooled by one on a 30 during a mixed species trainwreck and had another get the lure it was dragging behind snipped off by a wahoo. The only white we saw was trolling to Nassau...
Owner decided to stay south this year so we are stretching the islands into late June. Probably one more crack at chub and a couple experiments at other places...
