    Saw this article on local news site......imagine stumbling across this scene while surf fishing?

    My guess. It's Capt Chum Robbins. He went missing back in the late 70's & I don't think anyone has ever heard from him since. The legend says he ended up being crab food back in the marshes for some earlier hanky panky.
