Sittin' on the hill

We were blown out of ANOTHER offshore trip today so I thought I'd take the time to join up and complain about it.I honestly feel bad for the charter capts. I hope to post an actual report soon and always enjoy reading the other reports.Great site and thanks.

I know how you feel I've probably cancelled at least 25 trips this year and I'm not in the business. With gas prices and the weather I honestly don't know how they are making it

Thumbs down

Ya I was up in Wanchese this weekend and the wind was whipping pretty good just about all weekend. Worked on the boat a little charged up the batteries. We will give it try again next weekend.Went over to the tackle shop and they said there has been Many Many cancelations this year. I know it has to be tough on them. By now we should have at least 6-8 trips in and only have two. Mark

Walcome to the site, GiddyUpGo. I run the Predator boat out of Wrightsville beach as well as 2 of my own. I saw a small window yesterday and my group from Tennessee were hard chargers, they said it was there best trip they ever had as a group...we got lucky. It was sporty in the AM and turned drop dead gorgeous in the afternoon. Lots of gaffers, big kings and some Whoos

Thanks fellas for the welcome. Great job pulling one out yesterday Capt. Lee , a lot of folks had to sit. I know the fish are CHEWIN' right now but my schedule and mother natures just are not on the same page. I do have some flex. for the next few weeks so I'm gonna be patient and stay ready. Hope to see you guys on the water.
