Silverton 42

Does anyone here own a 42 Silverton ? Any Pros and cons would be appreciated
Pleas no smart replies I realize A Silverton isn't a premier boat but it's a 42 I can swing that is fairly new at 2004 and the dealer will take my Stamas 32 on trade. I would be using the boat as mostly inshore to 40 miles with a few Hudson trips in the late summer and fall, I hope a good 5-10 offshore trips. Thanks

I run a 40 footer now. Keep the stamas. We are getting rid of ours. Its great if you just want to cruise for a little while but they are not built for offshore.

Hey Cap i would love to keep the Stamas but the wife and kids want something bigger . This will allow me stay out longer and get out more while still staying in budget on a newer boat.
