shore fishing in Charleston?

I don't feel like pulling the skiff down to Charleston this weekend. Is there anywhere to catch Redfish on some flats or creeks accesible on foot?

When i lived in isle of palms i'd walk back to the creek on the golf course..lots of accessible creeks holding stripers/reds/flounder and bring a chicken neck w/string.. tons of crab in there too.park at the store/marina..and walk along the bulkhead to the condo's,you'll see the cart bridge, hit it good.

Deepy is licking his wounds from this morning. He rented two boat slips for one boat and after doing the math a second time realized he didnt have any idea what he was doing. Hes out buying a second boat just to show them he can fill both slips if he has to.

Me? I had no complaints from those aboard and those are the only opinions I give a shit about... What did you hear? A couple guys ran the drag up to full and busted off fish? The boat could only do 17-19 knots? A couple fish were missed by guys trying to strike em as force of habit and never fished circles? All true... You might also have heard that we did find fish despite only having enough spped to make it half way to "the water". You might have also heard that we caught the first white on the south end and the only blue in the fleet the last day... Also true...
