So mvp you use 400 mono for sharks? No problems with cut-offs? Do you use some sort of chaffing gear?

we make 15ft cable rigs in either 275lb, 480lb, and 600lb.. ALL of these rigs are double wraped up to 18" above the top hook so there is no way they can chomp trough it. Check it out.

pitch bait, here is the hook used to land the 469 female. The hook was wrapped in the early nineties and is part of the shoulder mount.
