    Towel

Before I bought a boat I fished piers a lot. Sharks are unavoidable catches here in Texas.

Over time you realize that they can see just fine out of water. Indeed, they've swung trying to bite me and others so many times that when they're landed I don't even step towards them but towards their tails.

But you ultimately have to kill them and gut them if you intend to take the meat (not all are worth the effort). So, to keep safe I realized I could just drop a fishing hand towel over their heads obstructing their view and then they couldn't react.

Works like a charm. Drop the towel. Move to the tail. Quickly leap on their backs and then cut down just behind the head with a fillet knife until you sever the spine. If you do this right you'll also cut the arteries between the head and the heart which will elicit an almost complete bleed out...good for the meat.

I was wondering what castrated you...By your own hands or mother nature but I see both had a hand. You went out on Bob Hall and somebody caught a bull tiger(atlantic sharpnose to nontexans)you KNEW IT ALL OF COURSE and stepped on its tail. Thats when the original dumbass turned into nutlessdonglicker.

    Thanks for the clarification
