    Anthony you are right I believe it is .3. Teh tubes come out of the hull and are connected to the strut. They have slots machined into them so that salt water can get to the shaft for lubercation. Im not sure of all the specs. I have only seen them on paper.

    I'll try to get some pics as soon as I can. Each boat is different, but you should be able to run at the same cruise at less RPMs giving you the increase in fuel consumption. Cleaner water on the troll. I think it is useful for some rigs, but probably not for the weekender. Most any boatbuilder here on the Outer Banks should be able to give more info than I can.
