We used to cut the hook out of a fly and throw it up under the docks. The poons would grab it, jump and it would fly out till the next one got it. Best throw was 7 jumps on one cast

South beach bunkers are cool... Careful feeding them. They become used to people then the next thing you know they are no longer just looking ofr a hand out they expect it. One day you show up without a snack for them and they chew the lower units off your boat.
Seriously... Their mouth wont hurt you but they do have pretty sharp gill rakers. Also you never know when theres a cuda under them that may dart in to grab the snack... Wish I could get down to see you guysbut we've been doing some things to the 31FA getting ready for the islands on Monday...

The security guards would have to drag me away kicking and screaming. That is, of course, assuming it is illegal to fish from the docks. Those pics are super cool Mary! Thanks for posting them up.

I found out the hard way that It's not a good idea to bring the pole down to the dock and hook up with the "marina pets"

The locals really let me have it the first time I hooked one and it bounced off a couple of Battle wagons in Key West.

I won't do that anymore.
