What happened with the VA lawsuit?

World Cat put a "protection order" on the case, however, both WC and Town Creek Marina lost the battle. But as usual, the attorneys got the cash. However, the other owner at least got the satisfaction of beating WC and TCM.

I know of one other lawsuit against WC that they also lost, in California. I expect more suits to come, as a guy in Florida sold his diesel to another Californian, and I expect the Californian to come to the same conclusion........THIS MODEL IS DEFECTIVE!!!!!!!!!!

Steve Tulevech still has not sent the correct trailer parts to fix my trailer, Lisa still has not sent service records as promised 34 months ago, and Town Creek Marina still owes me $7,000 for repairs that had to be re-done after TCM's mechanics botched the repairs. How's that for quality service?? Fowlscay never answered to these issues. I wonder why?

I would really like some answers as to how TCM could do what they've done and Tommy still consider them a quality business? I am waiting! I bet he will not respond because if he can justify the lies and deceit then he would incriminate himself to be as "honest" as TCM's sales staff. Would anyone else hold their breath for a response from Tommy or Andrew Brown? Not an attack on poor Tommy, but he has defended TCM in the past and never addressed the issues......just gave industry rhetoric.

Just got home from the Anacortes boat show and several people I spoke to had overall poor things to say about World Cat's customer service. They were not suprised by my experience. A few owned Glacier Bays, one owned the new Arrow Cat, one owned a Prokat, but all were interested to hear my story. Funny how word of mouth can become a nationally talked about issue, starts small but grows rapidly. Kind of like a raging forest fire! Probably due to the shrinking marine industry?

Arrow Cat sure is a pretty boat anyway.
