Yes. Honesty is the best policy.
No, some manufacturers can't sell boats unless they lie.
The economy will weed out dishonest people.
No cuz I like seeing "Mr Lemon" beat the green out of this dead horse.
Odds are Mr Brown wants Phyllis to fight his battles.
Worldcat Lemon needs his head examined, everybody is a liar, except me.
WC is like fishermen, they all lie about the length, girth, and performance.
Gee if your such a stand up guy why didnt you tell the buyer about all your problems. So now that your saga is over does that mean your going to quit whining? You know what I dont understand especially about the trailer is that it says on the sticker exactly what the trailer is rated for, and its pretty easy to find out the weight of the boat, actually you should know that just to be legal going down the road. Or are you one of those priveledged few who expects everyone else to take responsibilty for your actions and just goes for it? Never mind we already know the answer to that question. What a drama queen. Hopefully you'll go away now.
The best thing about this thread was the comedy clip from youtube. That is some funny shit right there. As for the World cat stuff, I couldn't care less. Sometimes you get served Lemons and you my friend are just sucking them.
First of all I did check the weight of the boat. World Cat reported to NADA that this model weighed 5,000 lbs dry. So I did check it prior to purchase! TCM failed to follow the trailer manufacturers guideline to weigh boat and trailer together to ensure compatibility, and they didn't. How is it World Cat can report such a large discrepency in the weight to NADA? I could understand 500 or even a thousand pounds discrepency, but 4,000 lbs?
This boat empty, with 75 gallons of fuel (half full ) weighed 9,540 lbs. So who screwed up here? That is 340 lbs above the GVW max of the trailer. Add gear, fuel, ice and it will be over 2k lbs. over.
Nautiduck, first of all it was an on-line auction and if you know how those work there is no interaction between bidders. If it had been a live auction I would have told anyone interested in the boat the problems. Whether you think I am a stand-up guy or not is irrelevant to me, as is your opinion. I could care less if you or anyone else doesn't like my thread.
Everything I have written is accurate and straight. But thanks for reading.

I think we've all got it now. We know you have a serious axe to grind here, with the above mentioned. I think I speak for quite a few on here, Please Move On. Frank

Guess you're right! Let's hear some more. Frank
You know I have found in life that some people (usually liberals ) feel that only their opinion matters and they have every right to express it. Kind of like liberals who bash President Bush from all angles, but they don't want anyone with reasoning skills to give an opinion about Obama.
Glad to see someone who understands that a forum is for free expression of information, and ideas from whomever wishes to express them, and those who don't like a thread can move to one of the other 5,000 threads. Looks like somebody has an interest, like you said.
Going to hit some Kings and Silvers in the morning. May post some pics if the rivers don't blow out.
I hope this thread can spare on prospective boat buyer the headaches I have had to deal with by this thread. If I can help one purchaser avoid boat manufacturers, and sales people that treat boat purchasers in ways that are questionable then the time I put into the thread is worth it.
Fishermen helping fishermen. This is what my thread is all about.
