Well....yea...BUT, dont you believe theres also alot of responsibility on the consumers part to check and make sure what he/she has been told is ,in fact, true? Your argument stipulates "The Poor Consumer" goes blindly into a sale or contract with no responsibility on there part. I buy used barge's/earth moving equip/ trucks and a plethora of other very expensive tools of the trade (just payed 18K for a slightly used Bobcat,skid steer) prior to signing anything or laying out one thin nickle...i pay for an EXPERT to go over every aspect of the equipment...ANY deviations from what the seller tells me..Bye Bye.
