I realize you were kidding and I was returning with a little cynical ribbing of my own.

It appears there are alot of people interested in this story, and now that other owners are collaborating my rant as the truth it is, I am inclined to keep posting my dead horse in the effort to help some other sucker that owns one of these. If you were stuck with one I would be willing to help you find resolution, and you would probably appreciate the help.

This issue will end up in court somewhere, and all I can say is "bring it"! I haven't defamed anyone, as everything that has been said is true, not fishermen true, but absolutely true. This is why Andrew Brown won't respond on this site. If it's not true then he would respond to these owners complaints.

Ask fisherlady if she is telling a defamatory tale. She seems to have observed the same problems with her relatives boat that I had, and seems pretty well documented to me.

I don't have any hard feelings toward you. If you buy a World Cat with outboards you should be happy, as long as you don't have any major problems as we have. If you do have problems you know what to do with her right? Ha! Ha!

I am not on a crusade, I'm just keeping my word to my good buddy at WC headquarters, and I always keep my word!

I had read all 10 pages. You know what? Were are the pictures of these problem boats?

I am a big fan Of WC boats,but never steped on the one with twin diesels. To me,if WC only made 10 of these,there must be some problems.

My thought is that World Cat was more concerned with trying to cram these diesels into the sponsons that they had a brain infarct when it came to covering them. They knew they had a problem because on hull #2 they put small plates over the turbos to try and skirt water away from the turbo intake, although water would still drain on the engines and other components, but did nothing to fix the water entry. This was on a brand new boat. As soon as the owner took possesion of it, WC flew someone down to install the modifications. Although none were put on my boat, I think mine is hull #1, but nobody will confirm that.

I believe WC realized they would have to retool the swim deck mold/engine hatches, and they did not want to spend any money. Phyllis told me they destroyed the mold. I have always wondered WHY? No evidence maybe?

Photos as soon as I can. Thanks for following this thread. Ever thought of asking WC why they stopped making the diesel model? It would be interesting to hear what they tell a non-owner.

Hey, I read Micheal Vick has a World Cat that has to be auctioned off as a result of his dog fighting. I will bet the "BOX" could work his "magic" and get it free of charge.
