Another Lab joins SFC... Welcome "Cabo!" I just picked this lil girl up yesterday. So far we're 0-1 on sleeping through the night.

Another beauty joins The Clan! Shadow Girl and all of her pals are dancing a joyful jig up there at The Bridge as they watch this lovely little thing bring happiness, joy and love to her lucky family. Man, those tails are athumpin' away so hard, I can actually hear them...or at least I think that I can.

That first picture is a classic. She looks like she's saying..."Sleep? You don't really think I'm gonna let you sleep, do you? Come on, get up and lemme give you some of that good Labby lovin'. After I pee, of course. And ya know, if ya let me into that bed with you guys, I might just snuggle up and snore the night away! Know what I mean?"

Love her hard and long and she will pay you back in spades.

We rescued almost a dozen more this week, thanks to our book readers...Yay! And good on ya!

Thanks for the well wishes!... She is great! Hopefully I dont jinx it but it seems like she's now familiar and comfortable with her new surroundings and has slept like a baby since that 1st night. I think the deep sleep has something to do with her activity level... Within 4 days she's seen and done quite a bit. Cookouts, Fireworks, running in the ocean, and most notably being a babe magnet has really worn her out... She loves the attention.

Better get some bitter apple for the bottom of those cabinets so when it's for her to work those choppers, you won't end up replacing all of those cabinets.

I think the deep sleep has something to do with her activity level...

Rule number 1 with labs - A tired lab is a great lab... You'll have less issues with chewing, jumping up, etc if you can keep her active and tired...

I had never heard of Bitter Apple before... just googled it and looks like a neat product. Is there any smell that comes along with it?
