down in the Exumas at staniel cay they have pigs also... you never know what you can see after you turn on the keys.

Took the family for a little picnic cruise and we anchored in a little cove off to the side of Quick's hole in Buzzard's Bay. The weather was a 10 and dead flat calm - weathermen predicted a washout so the place was empty. The island is an uninhabited private island in the Elizabeth Island chain and the cows run free-have seen them a number of times but this was the first close encounter with the kayaks - quite a site to see them turn tail and run up the dune.
Quicks hole is a good place to catch cows of the striped variety too but that's for another day.
