Very sorry for your loss. It`s never easy. I had to put down my german shepherd over a year ago. We have no kids so he was it. We have another shepherd named Mako now. Sade was a good looking dog

I had to put my girl down the day after Christmas this year while she was in the kennel. Had seconds to decide what to do with a emergency call from the vet while I was out of town visiting my parents. She almost 14-1/2 it was her time even though we never thought it would happen like this.
Contemplating getting another one to help ease the pain even though I said I wouldn't, but the house feels empty with just me and the wife.......

I'm sorry about Sade. Those pics really got to me. The only thing that has helped me in the past was to get another dog. And of course, as you know, it's gonna take time. Sorry about your loss bud.

Sorry for your loss. I too have had to put down a pet and did not realise how hard it would be.

It's been a little bit now and I still think about that girl everyday
I have a Basset Hound (Abby) that grew up with her and I swear she is still wondering where she went!
Especially when she's out running around
Abby can pretty much do whatever she wants now (see below)
