Must be hard for you to think straight when your having trouble rubbing two nickels together selling real estate. Seems like every single bagger at the grocery store is a Realtor but there are only so many of those jobs.

HAHA ZUMMIE.....thats funny!! Its not hard at all for me. I've made money through my President and Yours. Actually the smart investor recognizes now's the time to purchase. With SHORT SALES AND FORECLOSURES, my clients with cash are buying up some great deals. You gotta think long term, at least that's what has made me money in the past. But you're right there's a lot of us out there, you just gotta weed through the ones that can make you money and the ones that cost you money. Fortunately, I have steered many in the right direction, at least I think so, they do keep coming back for more anyway. You keep banging on that drum of yours.
