Hey, Dorymate, sorry about that. It read harsher than I intended it to. I was mostly just miffed at all these "holier than thou" people who only see art in terms of the artists' lifestyle. But then they feel qualified to talk about the art which in most of these cases went completely over their head.

You know, the guys who watched and enjoyed a dozen Rock Hudson films, until they found out that they suddenly did not like Rock Hudson films. Strange, they liked them the day before....

Hypocrites. Most of these guys would steal the neighbors kid and deliver him to a pedophile for twenty million.

Didn't Elton John sing "don't let the son go down on me"?

    Sorry, couldn't resist.

What about Farrah Fawcett, I do not hear anything about her on the news... it is all about MJ...

As a Mother I feel bad for his parents and siblings I know they are going through a sad time, but as usual just like his life...his death is over shadowing all the other news out there.

I honestly believe MJ was mentally not all there and wanted to live out a childhood he never had. I honestly don't believe that he molested any children. I believe he felt more comfortable with kids than adults, but not in a sexual or deviant way. If it is proven that he did molest kids then he deserves to be punished like no other. I believe he did all the surgery to be someone other than the worn out and battered person he grew up as. But the man made music that will live on forever and is in my mind the best entertainer ever. He was weird and different to most, but most great people in our history were also in some way. I say he was a humanitarian because of all he did for starving people all over the world all through the early 90's and late 80's. Look up "USA AFRICA" and "WE ARE THE WORLD" foundations. He gave money to charities to a fault. He sold 3/4 of a billion records worldwide and inspired a ton of music we have today. The music videos as we know it today no matter what type of music began with "Thriller". Look at the whole picture before you judge a person. If any of you can show me proof that he was a pedophile or abused kids, then I'll be all on your side. The fact is that proof does not exist, and it's all media hype because the man was waaaay different for sure. You all think about what is proven for a fact before you make judgement on a person without facts. You also remember this while you all celebrate all the other musicians that have passed away that were proven drug addicts, drunks, etc. There are so many musicians that are dead due to drug overdoses and lived criminal lives and are celebrated now. Rock and Roll stars were expected to be drunks, druggies, etc. But you all jump on someone who wasn't convicted of anything because he was different. This is MY opinion and that's it, but I'm not alone because I could hear all the MJ songs playing today in traffic from all the other cars. I see all the tributes on TV. I also see all the musicians that he inspired. Say what you want and it's all good to me no matter what you say. RIP Michael Jackson.....now I'm going to go kill some fish again in the a.m.

As I heard earlier today "Turn down the chatter, and turn up the music".
    Amen John..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When Farrah Fawcett got to heaven god told her she was going to be an angel and he was to grant her one wish......she said,
" MAKE ALL THE CHILDREN ON EARTH SAFE"

As bad as it sounds.....we all knew that Farrah Fawcett was in her last days. They've been showing stories on her for the past month and even had a documentary on her illness. She also was loved by many and will be missed. The death of MJ was sudden and caught everyone off guard, that's why it's all over the news.
