F Michael Jackson ! I don't get it. I get the entertainer. GREAT ENTERTAINER ! But he was an absolute mess of a human being and the main circus freak on his pedophile ranch who OD'd. Does anyone not watch the news or pay attention to this guy and what a total freak he became. The media didn't make all that stuff up. He was one zipped up and F'd up individual. Now he is a hero ? He lost it and his parents let him down. His body can't get cold enough fast enough for me.

Elvis was indeed a junkie. died on the pot. NEVER was accused of CHILD ABUSE and did not pay 20 Million to shut MOM up. Have to wonder where MOM's head was at, allowing glorious MJ to sleep with her son. She should have been prosecuted. for not nailin his ass and bein unfit in the first -place.

Honestly, Is there anyone over 50 that lived in a CITY that has not smoked a bowl, Please do not pull a CLINTON and say you didn't inhale.
But, How many of us paid off a child molesation charge ?
I personally believe that if he was innocent, It would have been cheaper to win in court, since the payout seems to have stopped his career.

QUOTE=Gringo;586485]Gasp, I was looking some people up online, and did you realize Frank Sinatra was accused of having ties to organized crime?

I just threw out every single Sinatra song I had.

Oh my god! Quick! Look up Melissa Etheridge!! You ain't gonna believe this!!
Hey, Sinatra May very possibly have had connections to organized crime. I'll bet he did, But, he also, did not pay off for any child molestation charges.
I can live with organized crime, Truth, The neighborhoods were actualy safer. Messin with kids is a whole other story.

In all honestly folks, Ya mess with kids, It's a whole other thing than doin some drugs. I do not care if you kill yourself with drugs. Have fun till ya die. And the truth is, If your elvis or the beatles or even good ole blue eyes Frank
You can afford it, Not breakin into my house to pay for your habit. Get serious here. Drugs are be bad, Child abuse is worse and unacceptable, l do not care what you childhood was like. get over it. I have no sympathy.

the whole part that you are completely missing is that just because someone accused him of fondling a kid doesn't mean that he did it.

In the first case, the jury said he didnt.

In the payoff case, it may well have been a lot cheaper and less stressful for him NOT to go through another trial, in which he had to show photos of his dick, etc.

In any case, paying off the second time was not an admission of guilt.

Bottom line, you don't know that he was a pedophile. All you know is that he was accused of it.

If it was YOU being accused, I just bet we would be hearing the old Innocent until proven guilty thing. Well, he has the same rights. Especially after having been found NOT guilty of it.

You act like being accused of something is the same thing as having done it.

It's not.

No Gringo, I'm not missin it.

FCK it wasnt. It ruined his career, stopped him dead. Fighting it and winning it would have been worth a lot more to him than a stinkin 20 mil payout .

Bottom line, you don't know that he was a pedophile. All you know is that he was accused of it.

Nope nope nope.
Your wrong dude.
Been accused and I was guilty untill I proved I wasn't.
If you think you walk into a police station or a court and you are innocent till proven guilty, Well You've never been in either.

I would ask again. Did he and his Lawyers think this was cheaper, great career move, what ? It cost him whatever future he had. Scuse me,
Um Duhh. It did keep him out of jail, Can you just imagine MJ in jail.
Yo, Talk about party time.

I started this thread just as a simple RIP and it turned into all this. The man is dead and gone now. I was a fan of his music and always will be. The man was definately weird compared to most, but he was still a person who gave millions and millions to charity, helped as many people as he could with his celebrity, and made some damn good music IMO. There are going to be people who are going to think what they want, but the only FACTS are that he made good music and inspired a lot of music as we know it today. Whether it's country, rock, rap, or whatever....music videos as we know it started with "Thriller". Anyways, I honestly don't believe MJ molested any kids. He admitted to having kids sleeping over, went through all the investigating, etc. and was still found not guilty of anything. The man wanted to be a kid again as far as how he lived. Even though it was by other methods, the man was still a father to 3 kids that miss him very much. I'd wonder if any of you guys would go up to his little girl who was on TV distraught and crying about how much she missed her daddy and how he was the best dad a kid could have, and tell her to her face how much you hate his guts and that he should rot in hell?
Whether you like him or not, he had millions and millions of fans worldwide and that's why you keep seeing it on TV, etc. When was the last time a celebrity died and they had to block off 4 blocks in LA, televised the memorial, etc. Do you think this would be done for a criminal that got away with something? His career wasn't ruined, it was just slowed down here in the U.S. from all the media crap that went on with his trials, etc. He still sold out charities and concerts overseas and anytime he made a surprise appearance on a US music awards show, etc. It was a standing ovation everytime. Last night as I sat on the boat rigging for a tourny, all the news stations were trying to scramble for any story they could find to keep you watching. Except this time they were trying to show how much MJ was loved by millions instead of the crap they usually did. TMZ, National Inquirer, etc. made an insane amount of money off of MJ's life telling any story they could. It's only going to get worse, but I'll bet not one single kid will be found to have been molested in any way no matter how weird or different it's found out that MJ's life was.

Basically, where it comes to me and jail, you sure as hell don't know what you are talking about. But that is consistent, anyhow.

So, show us your evidence, since you just KNOW what he did in his private residence. People who know a lot more about it than you do said he's innocent. You say otherwise.

So, how do you know? I am willing to listen to your evidence.

Because you can't speculate for shit.

Would any of us with children let our kids spend the night with MJ? I would think the ones who think he was innocent would let their children sleep with the man. I know damn well my child wouldn't be allowed anywhere near him without me watching the whole time. Either way RIP...

Coulda been worse. They could have let their kids intern at the White House during a Democrat Presidency.

Or they could have sent them to church early to be altar boys...
