Right Or Wrong Im Pissed

Tonight I gladly would have spent the night in a jail cell !

Sir if you ever read this I mean no disrespect to you or the police department.

At around 12 am Wed comcast cable and phones went out in our neighborhood.

Well man that really sucks when you have well over 1,000 sites online.
Missing a day of work is a royal *****.

I have a verizon wireless card but sadly it dont work for shit at my home.
Well a very good friend of mine is in some major need of advice and help with a drug addicted person.

I always work from around 11 am till 4 am and have for around 9 years.

Well tonight I spent hours on my cell phone trying to help my friend with this problem.
So finally I said I will get in my car and drive up the road and research rehabs and attempt to find a option for the morning.

Well I 100% percent understand the cops stopping by and saying I need to go home as people complained about a odd vehicle in the neighborhood. Man I could not agree more with him he told me to leave and walked away.

I politely called to him to come back over.
When he came up to my car I showed him my comp and that I was attempting to research a out of bounds program for my friend and that I needed to please get this email off to him.

I was told that it is illegal to steal wifi ok great but my wifi i pay 59.00 a month for so I was not stealing it.

Second I was not allowed to finish my email
Well f@ck this email is f@cking important and may help save a young mans life.
So yes I chucked my labtop on the floor and expressed I was pissed, so my door opened and he wanted my drivers license.
Fine take it, I tried to finish typing my email as fast as my little fingers could f@cking type.

He came back up to my car and said we asked you to leave now we are telling you to leave.

Im sorry sir and im sorry to the police department but f@ck, f@ck f@ck, hard to believe but we do have good people in this world. I needed just another couple minutes to help someone.

Sorry for speaking out sir but if you could only f@cking know how f@cking important that email could be to this child's life or if it was your child i was attempting to send that email for you may have allowed me just a couple minutes to finish it...


Again I will say I am sorry for acting out but as a person who has to walk this f@cking earth it really sucks when you can not even get a little compassion these days.

Well Im going to find a spot to hit post on this post and also send my email. If I end up in jail tonight at least I have said my piece as I wont say shit to the cops but give me a pillow.

My friends sons life is worth a jail cell for awhile..

Now to play devils advocate......Unfortunately,in this day and age , what with freaks , pedophiles , voyeurs etc... one must praise the cop for being vigilant. Imagine a car parked outside your home with someone sitting looking down in there lap with a look of concentration on there face and there arms moving slightly......what would you do? I have a 2.3 yr old girl..sure enough , if that were my neighborhood,he'd be lucky if i called the 5-0,I am sorry for the plight of your friend,as one sharing a similar scenario ( wife - Yale grad - owner of Pilate s studio - best mom of the year's award) who went in, due to overzealous doctors and there dam drug scrips, 6 months of being Mr Mom. So channel the anger into helping your bud,your probably more pissed at feeling powerless, than at the cop anyway. as i had spent 2 months researching re-habs,and drug addiction,if you need help or advice..PM me, hell im a freaking expert by now. John, local cop or a state trooper? that really sucks, i really don't know what law is being broken by you parked on a public street? Around here they would have given you 3 minutes to leave town , like in the wild wild west, gotta love nj police.

The last I checked you werent breaking any laws and in some states you are required to pull over to use the cell phone. I would put in a call to the station and ask to speak Captain or who ever maybe in charge. I would say that you explained yourself well enough. the Officer was doing his job but I dont believe in most areas they have the right to force you to leave if you were legally parked on a public street.

They could have at least asked to check out what you were doing on your laptop to prove that you were in fact trying to help someone. A little understanding and compromise would have probably done the trick.

Some cops just don't budge I guess.........unless they're doing 90 mph down the road with no lights on....

John, I hope all is well for the young man. You know I'd have been there to bail you out. It's a ,sad world we live in, It has changed so much in the 36yrs I've been here. There was a time when helping your fellow man was not frowned upon, but that was before you could find out everything about everyone at the click of a button. I know the officer was doing his job, but it sucks that this is what the world has become.
On a side note if you need any help finding help, my wife has worked in social services for 13 yrs. she may be able to help. Thanks Tim and PS keep up the good work.

Not even going there with this one. I have had some bad experiences with law enforcement officers in my day.

There are good cops out there, i don't deny that.

However, there is a LARGE population of power hungry, corrupt, and immoral one's as well.
