Sorry for the late posting. I never saw this thread and was surfing and went to Johnny's Blog and discovered that he passed away back in July. Thanks you LaGringa for the link!

Rest in peace Johnny! You fought bravely!
Best wishes to help Johnny's family get on with thier lives!
