Rental Equipment

Has anyone done this or is this true? Can you rent EPIRB from Boat US? Somebody told me about it, but it sounded kind of screwy. Anyone have any info on this?

Wow, eprib rental doesn't sound like a bad idea.

The rental doesn't sound bad until you start looking at the prices. I don't remember the exact cost but if you fish offshore 10-12 times a year its cheaper to buy your own Epirb.

i may only do it twice, at the max 3 times a year. I figured it would be cheaper but havent looked in to the pricing.
