    Not much chance of any of the fish you mentioned burning up a drag so you don't have to go expensive for your inshore reels. IMO a Stella or Avet is overkill x3. I have a pair of Diawa Golds that are close to 20 years old and still going strong. In fact they are still my go to bailer rigs.

    The mid price Shimanos are more than adequit.

    Stella's run about 600$ and Avet MX is about 175$


    To me Stradics (130$) and Avet Mx(175$) are mid-priced these days.
