Open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Documents and Settings.
In the list under Documents and Settings click your Windows username (it's not Guest, it's not All Users or Default User).
So now in the address bar it should read: C:\Documents and Settings\Your username
Then, still in the address bar, after your username, type:
\Cookies
so that it reads: C:\Documents and Settings\Your username\Cookies and hit Enter
It should display your cookies.
