I'm glad it's on more then one site.
Admin - let me know where to send the visors - just got a new bunch and they look great!
Marty - thanks for the kind words. We really work hard at trying not to just sell people a product. We understand insurance is a large expense for anyone, and try to treat people like we would like to be treated ourselves.
love all the great pics. It is amazing the crazy things that can happen!!
Some joys from the marina world. People forget that just because the weather is nice at home hours away that their boats are in harms way. Severe NE or T-storms in the wrong water way with the right conditions will rock your world.
Here are some pictures from page 3 of the thread aftermath on one of the boats. Pay special attention to how and what the boat is tied up with. It's not even high tide yet
With 200 slips its impossible to check and get them all secure with things blow in.
As with anything you may have your stuff together and secure just watch out for the guy next door!
What was that guy thinking? Looks like he tied her up with trotline!
Never a good idea to leave a boat on the end of a t-float for an extended period of time
26 Southport the dock bored a hole in the side
I seen this boat down at factory a few years back
Never a good idea to rail a concrete wall at high speeds. This was from a few years ago I think it was a 31 Open or a 27 Open, if I remember correctly speed was said to be 40mph and the guy ended up with many stiches thru out his face, when his face hit the open plexi glass doors on the console
I was pretty amazed to see that there was no cracks running up the hull from the damage that you see and even up inside the bow area inside.
Anyway OUCH!
