Hey guys, new blood in your presence!
Johnseafood suggested I tell you a little about myself, so here goes...
I'm a local Jersey boy all my life, grew up on the Delaware down between Philly and Wilmington. My parents still live up the street from john's family, in fact. I've been fishing 30 some odd years and hunting just a many.
In the past ten years I have migrated to saltwater and done my share of damage to the Delaware Bay population of weakfish, croakers and stripers. I also did a fair amount of surf fishing at one time, but hardly any more.
Most recently I got introduced to the offshore bug and now most of my fishing time during the summer is spent either on a charter or a friends boat. I'm no expert to that game and don't claim to be. There's a lot to learn and I am a very open minded student. In the fall I will be chasing stripers, ducks and geese along Delaware Bay and it's tributaries.
Personally, I can be a bit sarcastic and hard headed about morals, ethics and so forth, so bear with me if I sound a little strong willed at times.
The board here seems full of familiar handles so I'm hoping to fit right in..
