Product Review: Light Weight Crew Neck MTCdryprotect Shirts

Beings that I was leaving for the islands over the holidays. The good folks over at Montauktackle.com sent me one of their Light Weight Crew Neck MTCdryprotect Shirts for my journey.

All of their Crew Neck MTCdryprotect System™ fishing shirts are designed to help you stay comfortable and protect you all day long. The fishing performance shirts have 50SPF which for me being as pasty white as the new fallen snow, is a big plus for me. Not having to lather up with cream for a day out in the sun was also an appealing prospect.



I've tried the long sleeve approach in the past but the shirts I have tried always were cut to tight and felt too constricting. They were also too hot to be comfortably worn and I would find myself rolling up the sleeves thus negating the spf value of the shirt.

The Advanced Moisture Wicking process on Montauk Tackles shirt kept me cool and I never felt like I was wearing long sleeves. While I still would sweat under the tropical sun. The Anti Microbial technologies kept me from smelling like I had been sweating all day.

Montauk tackle boasts that their shirts are "the most comfortable shirts you will ever wear". I can not dispute their claims

I will tell you I do appreciate the quality of MADE IN THE USA especially in clothes. You do not find many garments made here anymore.
