Prayers were answered - Thank you
I was going to respond to a comment that Box made on the other thread but felt it needed greater billing than just a Reply.
Box said "Prayers were answered".
And indeed they were. I want to thank each and every one of you who offered prayers, support, advice and understanding. The words are trite but trust that they are heartfelt by the Gringos.
We are INCREDIBLY, INCREDIBLY lucky. Sure, we made the best decisions we thought we could but there comes that time when you look at each other and realize you've done all you can think of and the rest is out of your hands.
I am not a religious person but I am a spiritual person and I do believe in the power of prayer. I know in my heart that the outpouring from SFC made a difference. All I can say is Thank YOU!!
If nothing else, you allowed a very nervous me to chatter away and chuckle at your antics (i'm still giggling about Mighty Mouse!).
Time now to pray for Key West and wherever Ike decides to go next.
