POSTCARD VIRUS! Real or not?

I recieved this E-mail today. I do not know if it is real or just hype but I figured I would post it regardless. Can anyone elaborate if this is a real threat or not? If the E-mail is recieved do I delete it or shut my computer down?

who has your e-mail address in his/her contact list.

Very simple do not open attachements. I do not open them unless I am 100% positive who sent it and why.

Another thing I always attempt to do is this.
Have a old crappy labtop or comp and send anything I am unsure of to that comp.

I then will open it and if my comp dies Oh well reinstall it and start over.

My work comps do nothing any more then just work on our own sites and search google. I do not even search or click many links any more people post unless i am sure of what it is.

Taking this approach has saved me alot of pain. I know the sites I trust and stick to them. Heck on of the major companies grabbed a script we use. When we bought the script we researched the crap out of it. We found the problems and our team rewrote everything. Funny part is now this fishing site is using the same script we bought and has not fixed the exploit and that really not good. Puts me in a tuff spot as I do not know if it is right for me to contact them or not as they dont seem to like me. What do I do ? It would make sence they found the script via our site and found the maker as this was not a normal everyday script you would find.

Trust who you know and remember its not just a post card title on the message it only takes a computer script to make 50 million subject lines for email about 3 secs.
