Position/Fisheries Technician-Kentucky
POSITION
The Daniel Boone National Forest is seeking interested individuals to fill a GS-404-05 Biological Science Technician (Fisheries) position. This is a temporary position starting in March 2010 and extending through August 2010, with a duty station of London, Kentucky, located in Southeastern Kentucky in scenic Laurel County.

This appointment will be a temp Biological Science Technician (Fisheries) position in the GS-404 series and will work on an Aquatic Passage Study, under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) stimulus project. The project will consist of analyzing fish movement patterns through road culverts which may be acting as potential fish passage barriers. Study sites will be located at stream-road intersections throughout Daniel Boone National Forest.
