The Barney Frank Chugger: It's an ineffective, fat, noisy trolling lure that blows smoke and only tries to hook young male fish in the arse. Prefers to be rigged with a horse ballyhoo behind it with the beak still attached.
The Barrack Obama Trolling Plug: Be very careful with this lure because your catch rate will take a dive! It is a completely ineffective, over-hyped lure that cannot catch anything on it's own. It swings wildly from side to side in the spread trying to take the fish from other lures causing a huge entanglement that ends up looking somewhat like a mangled safety net.
The Pelosi Plunger: Careful...this lure is a real *****. Only use this lure in tough tournament situations where you are out-classed and out-qualified by your competition. The Pelosi Plunger has an unusually small head with an extraordinarily large mouth for creating non-sensical turbulence. This lure has the unique ability to steal the fish from one angler and give it to others..."others" usually being yourself. If you encounter another angler pulling the Pelosi in a tournament, either head for the docks or sink the vessel when no one else is looking. Reporting it's use to the weigh master may not help in some instances. It really depends on who the tournament officials are.
The Harry Reed Speedster: This is the smallest, quietest trolling lure on the market. It moves virtually undetected through the water and effectively evades catching anything. If you encounter a vessel dragging a Pelosi, deploy the Reed Speedster to counteract the competing vessel's unfair advantage. The Reed Speedster has the tendancy to distract the Pelosi causing it to miss fish. The two lures frequently entangle with each other as they compete for dominance in the spread.
