well it depends on the sun. if its really sunny then the blue mirrored are the best. But if its cloudy then I like a green or grey. Amber or brown works best for inshore.

I bought the costa with the removable lenses so i have mirrored, green , amber so i switch accordingly.

I have always used the grey lenses, but in lower light conditions they lose thier edge.
