Thanks, I will let you know about the help. I spoke to someone who actually knows this judge...He said that the issue came down to which attorney wrote a better brief. This might be a good thing that this issue comes to a head....I just hope this is the right time to fight this thing out. I hope that my freedom and tradition of fishing the OBX doesn't come down a legal brief. Pass permanent legislation that allows responsible access. I am still pissed.
