    Please help me

    We are working on installing new encoders for our web cams.

    I have set up a test stream.
    This is a live broadcast of my tv.

    Can you all give me feedback on how the quality is ?

    Please let me know if the tv show is playing full speed?
    Is it starting and stopping?

    Also what kind of connection do you have ?
